Native is a CLOB DEX for onchain spot liquidity. It is the first vertically integrated liquidity stack that decouples pricing logic from asset settlement: a sovereign, on-chain matching engine provides high-performance price discovery and order matching, while permissionless vaults host assets for settlement across different chains.

Key responsibilities

• Support new partner integrations — including test access, testing, tracking production launch and performance monitoring.
• Check existing partner integrations for service health, availability, performance and other key signals.
• Act as the first contact for partner feedback, questions, and issues.
• Reply to routine questions using documentations, internal knowledge base, and other available tools.
• Quickly diagnose issues, share clear updates, and escalate unresolved cases to the right team members, track progress, follow up and close with partners.
• Monitor internal system + trading dashboards; spot abnormal system behaviour or operating parameters.
• Receives system alerts, investigate anomalies, record key details, dingoes based on SOPs, and alert the right owner when further action is needed.
• Maintain related CRM sources — integration trackers, incident logs, and launch checklists up to date.

Requirements

•  0-2 years of experience required
• Proficiency in English and Chinese

Success in this role means keeping integrations healthy, monitoring internal systems and trading operations, responding to partner questions and issues quickly, escalating clearly, and tracking every new launch, alert, and support case through closure.
