Position Summary

Native is seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Executive to join its growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing content and social media strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of Native’s innovative products across various channels. You will also be tasked with hosting Twitter Spaces, webinars, and in-person events to engage with the community and promote Native’s brand. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to tackle real-world challenges in the evolving DeFi space.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Build and execute comprehensive campaign strategies to generate excitement, awareness, and adoption of new products and business lines.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices to identify new opportunities for engagement on existing platforms and to expand Native’s presence to new platforms.

  • Monitor and report on the growth and health of our social media communities. Use insights to continually refine and improve our social media strategy.

  • Develop and coordinate a content calendar across all marketing channels, ensuring consistent and timely delivery of content.

  • Write and develop compelling long-form and short-form content, including articles, presentations, narratives, social media posts, and other marketing-related assets that resonate with Native’s target audience.

  • Host and facilitate Twitter Spaces, webinars, and other virtual events to engage with the community, discuss industry trends, and promote Native’s initiatives.

  • Organize, plan, and host in-person events such as seminars, workshops, and industry conferences to enhance brand visibility and foster community engagement.

  • Establish and maintain best-in-class community engagement practices across various platforms, fostering a strong and active community around Native’s brand.

  • Develop a deep understanding of Web3 consumers and app developers to tailor content and engagement strategies effectively.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing metrics across all channels, using data to inform strategy adjustments and optimize results.

 

Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in content marketing and writing, with a proven track record of success, particularly on key platforms such as Twitter and Reddit.

  • Demonstrated experience in running high-impact growth marketing campaigns aimed at technical audiences and consumers.

  • Must demonstrate creativity and strong writing skills, capable of producing both fast-moving, social media-formatted micro-content and in-depth, longer-form articles.

  • Good knowledge of DeFi, Crypto, Blockchain, and Web3 technologies.

  • Experience in organizing and hosting virtual and in-person events, such as webinars, Twitter Spaces, seminars, and conferences.

  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative startup environment and quickly adapt to an evolving landscape.

  • Proficiency in understanding and connecting with target audiences across multiple platforms in real-time.

  • Experience with photography, copywriting, design, and basic video editing are a plus (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
