Position Summary

Native is seeking to hire a motivated Software Engineer to join our growing technology team. This individual will work on a revolutionary web3 facing product where your development outcomes have an immediate and measurable impact on the business. Job Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the full software development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, for decentralized applications and platforms.
• Work with blockchain technologies such as Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Solana, or others, to develop and integrate smart contracts, interacting with web interfaces and backend systems.
• Build intuitive and responsive user interfaces using modern web technologies, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Develop robust backend systems, APIs, and server-side logic, ensuring data security, scalability, and optimal performance.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and blockchain engineers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, optimize performance, and ensure the reliability and scalability of our Web3 applications.
• Stay updated with the latest Web3 trends, tools, and best practices, and actively contribute ideas to push the boundaries of decentralized technology.
   

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar disciplines
• Good understanding of blockchain fundamentals, smart contract development, and decentralized protocols. Familiarity with popular Web3 frameworks and tools is a plus.
• Experience in frontend technologies building user-friendly, responsive web applications.
• Strong skills in backend development using languages like Typescript. Solidity would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with Linux operating systems
• Experience working on retail-facing products is advantageous.
• Good communication skills
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Enthusiasm for Web3, blockchain, and decentralized technologies, and a desire to be part of the transformation of the digital economy.
