Position Summary

Native is seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to lead and manage a growing portfolio of innovative software products. In this role, you will partner with various business lines to define and implement product strategies and roadmaps that drive the company’s vision forward. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, project management, and technical skills, along with deep knowledge of trading systems and blockchain technologies.As a Senior Product Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and stakeholders, to ensure alignment and successful delivery of high-impact products. You will be a key player in shaping the future of Native’s liquidity solutions for decentralized finance (DeFi).

Job Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with key stakeholders and business leaders.

• Lead product development efforts with world-class engineering teams, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and execution.

• Develop detailed and precise product requirements, specifications, and user stories for various software products and applications.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring strong communication and alignment across departments.

• Balance competing priorities and make informed trade-offs between short-term objectives and long-term strategic goals.

• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive products to inform product decisions and improvements.

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring continuous innovation, iteration, and refinement of Native’s offerings.

• Measure and analyze product performance metrics, using insights to guide future product enhancements and feature development.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields.

• 5+ years of software product management experience, preferably in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrated success in managing multiple products and client relationships in the financial services, DeFi, or trading systems sectors.

• Deep understanding of trading concepts, blockchain technologies, and DeFi infrastructure.

• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex, large-scale projects.

• Excellent interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.

• Strong business acumen, results-oriented, and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Team management experience is a plus.
