Position Summary

As a Smart Contract Developer at Native, you will be an integral part of our dynamic and innovative DeFi asset management team. You will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing smart contracts on blockchain platforms, particularly Ethereum. This role is perfect for someone passionate about blockchain technology, skilled in Solidity, and experienced in working with backend languages like Python or JavaScript.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the development team to design, implement, and optimize smart contracts on blockchain platforms such as Ethereum.

  • Write clean, efficient, and secure Solidity code to ensure the integrity and functionality of blockchain-based financial products.

  • Work with backend systems using Python or JavaScript to support blockchain infrastructure and data management.

  • Integrate smart contracts with backend services to ensure a seamless user experience.

  • Participate in code reviews and security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and uphold smart contract development best practices.

  • Collaborate with external auditors to ensure the security of smart contracts.

  • Stay updated on the latest developments in blockchain technology, DeFi protocols, and trends in digital asset management.

  • Propose and implement innovative solutions and improvements to enhance existing systems.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of blockchain technology, particularly Ethereum, with the ability to write smart contracts in Solidity.

  • Proficiency in at least one backend programming language, such as Python or JavaScript.

  • Understanding of blockchain security best practices and principles.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Familiarity with DeFi protocols and decentralized applications (DApps) is a plus.
