Position Summary

As a Business Development Manager at Native, you will be a crucial member of our team, driving strategic initiatives to expand our presence in the decentralized exchange infrastructure sector. This role requires a dynamic individual with a deep understanding of Web3 technologies, a proven track record in business development, and the ability to cultivate meaningful relationships within the blockchain community.

 

Job Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership Development:

  • Identify and initiate strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the Web3 and DEX ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with potential partners to enhance our DEX infrastructure offerings and create mutually beneficial opportunities.

Client Acquisition and Retention:

  • Lead efforts to acquire new clients interested in our DEX infrastructure solutions.
  • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for expansion.

Market Analysis and Strategy:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics within the Web3 and DEX space.
  • Develop and execute business strategies to capitalize on market opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless collaboration and implementation of business development strategies.

Industry Representation:

  • Represent Native at industry events, conferences, and forums to enhance our brand presence and network with potential partners and clients.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  •  Proven experience in business development within the decentralized finance, blockchain, Web3, or cryptocurrency industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of decentralized exchange infrastructure and blockchain technologies.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
