Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team in Singapore. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving Native's growth by identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence. This role requires a deep understanding of the DeFi ecosystem, a strong network within the industry, and a proven track record in business development within the fintech or blockchain space.
Job Responsibilities

Proactively identify and assess new business opportunities to expand Native's market presence and drive revenue growth. This includes market research, competitor analysis, and identifying potential partners and clients.

Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including DeFi protocols, dApp developers, financial institutions, and other relevant industry players to enhance Native's ecosystem and product offerings.

Lead efforts to enter new markets and expand Native's footprint globally. This includes crafting and executing go-to-market strategies tailored to specific regions and market segments.

Drive the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, including negotiations and contract management.

Collaborate closely with the legal and finance teams to ensure agreements align with company objectives and compliance standards.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that align with Native's value proposition.

Work closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure alignment between business development efforts and product development, ensuring Native's offerings meet market demand.

Represent Native at industry events, conferences, and other public forums, positioning the company as a leader in the DeFi space.

Contribute to the development of content that drives brand awareness and thought leadership.
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.

Experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the fintech, blockchain, or DeFi industry.

Strong understanding of the DeFi ecosystem, blockchain technology, and liquidity infrastructure.

Proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue growth in a high-paced, innovative environment.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders.
