Position Summary

This is a full-time remote role for an Operations Analyst at Native. The Operations Analyst will be responsible for conducting analytical assessments, managing communication with stakeholders, overseeing financial operations, providing customer service support, and handling accounting tasks on a day-to-day basis. We are seeking a talented and motivated Operations Analyst with a strong background in data analytics to join our dynamic team. As an Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operational activities and financial processes within the decentralized finance ecosystem. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and accounting expertise will contribute to the efficiency and accuracy of our operations.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in the day-to-day operational tasks of the company, ensuring smooth execution of various processes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the execution of operation processes and controls

  • Assist in maintaining accurate documentation of operational processes, accounting procedures, and protocol interactions.

  • Contribute to the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, highlighting key insights for management decision-making.

  • Contribute to the development and improvement of internal controls and risk management strategies to enhance the security and reliability of DeFi operations.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and interdepartmental coordination.

  • Assist in compliance-related tasks, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and internal policies.

  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry and record-keeping.

  • Provide support to senior team members in various operational and financial projects as required.

  • Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as assigned.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory developments, and best practices in DeFi and blockchain technology.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field, with 1-2 years of relevant experience (internships accepted)

  • Basic proficiency in data query languages (R, SQL) and skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and business tools

  • Strong problem-solving and basic project management skills, with some familiarity in startup environments

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities

  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required (additional languages is a plus).

  • Role is based in China
